How was this material produced?
Different organisations worked together to create the informative material that you can find on this website.
We made a series of general repair tips: we highlighted a number of topics that can help people without much experience in repair. What do you really need to know if you want to go for repair? Safety tips, the basis of problem diagnosis, useful websites or shops to find repair information...
We also tried to list a number of general basic faults per product category (coffee machines, hoovers, laptops...) and to attach some concrete repair tips to these faults, in the form of simple tutorials or guides.
